Keyboard click rate is too fast or too slow due to incorrect keyboard settings.
Cause:
The Control Panel keyboard settings are incorrect.
Solution:
Open the 'Control Panel' window, double-click 'Keyboard', and change the keyboard settings in the 'Keyboard Properties' dialog box.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click the 'Keyboard' icon.

4) Click the 'Speed' tab.
5) Do one or both of the following:
a) To adjust the amount of time delay before a character starts repeating:
1] Click and hold the 'Repeat Delay' slider bar in the 'Character Repeat' section.
2] Move the slider bar to the left for a longer delay or to the right for a shorter delay.
b) To adjust the speed at which a character repeats when holding down a key:
1] Click and hold the 'Repeat Rate' slider bar in the 'Character Repeat' section.
2] Move the slider bar to the left for a slower repeat rate or to the right for a faster repeat rate.

6) Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'.
